Lubbock Dragway

Lubbock Dragway opened its gates April 7, 2007 to its 35th year in operation and 25th under owner Dennis “The Menace” Barnard. In this day and age where one track opens and several close, Barnard credits his success to great sponsors, racers support, and loyal fan and community participation. With the long winter and early April Showers, racers were left wondering whether to keep their slicks or trade them in on all terrain tires, but finally the skies cleared. |
